I am a Math Instructional Coach for a large public school district in Texas, where I collaborate closely with teachers and campus leaders to strengthen mathematics instruction. My work is grounded in partnership—supporting teachers through coaching cycles, facilitating meaningful PLCs, co-planning lessons, and providing job-embedded professional learning that responds to student needs.
Before moving into instructional coaching, I taught high school mathematics, served as a department dean, traveled internationally as a Fulbright scholarship recipient, and was honored as Campus Teacher of the Year. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Master of Teaching from Trinity University. I am passionate about empowering teachers to build on their strengths and helping students make meaningful connections to the mathematics they are learning.
